Robyn Downey is an established copper artisan and long-time Bisbee resident. She has been creating copper artwork and functional copper items professionally for over 34 years in addition to having a prior successful career as a stained class artist.
Downey has made custom copper stove hoods, decorative room screens, cabinet door panels, vent panels, and lettering on business and personal copper signs. She makes a wide selection of copper wall art and many other small functional items, including clocks, vases, and light sconces.
She owned The Copper Shop on Main Street in Bisbee for 12 years, and now displays her work at Acacia Art and Antiques and Miners and Merchants, both located on Main Street in Old Bisbee.
Robyn is currently living a rural lifestyle at the end of the Bisbee mailing district with her 3 dogs, 2 ducks, 12 chickens, and numerous visiting rattlesnakes.
