Teresa Price earned her B.S. Architectural Engineering Degree from the University of Oklahoma in 1993, while serving in the USAF Active Duty and USAF Reserves- a combined total of 15 years. She worked first as an Engineering Technician (drafter and surveyor) and then as an engineering officer, designing and coordinating humanitarian and contingency projects all over the globe. Upon leaving the military, she relocated to Sierra Vista, Arizona where she acted as a Quality Inspector for Phase 1 of the Douglas Border Patrol Facility and as a Staff Engineer with a local civil engineering/ land-planning firm.

Currently she contracts her drafting services to several builders and consulting engineers in the country under her own banner, WinePress Group, LLC, and she teaches construction-related courses at Cochise College. Teresa is a passionate advocate for sustainable building and development practices and also recently founded a program in Sierra Vista aimed at teaching children autonomous lifestyle skills.
